Why should we have a directly elected mayor for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and another for Norfolk and Suffolk, surely one person could do the job for the benefit of East Anglia?
However, I believe the new government have possibly agreed to pay some money up-front for affordable housing/council housing with additional infra-structure projects, with many being in Cambridge!
