A Fenland grain producer is holding an open day today to show off plans for an anaerobic digester.
Plans will be on display at the firm’s premises at Hook Lane, Wimblington, between 3-8pm, before they formally apply for planning permission.
Earlier this month, Fenland District Council approved an anaerobic digestion plant on land east of Greys Farm in Iretons Way, Chatteris - about 500m from Mepal Outdoor Centre.
