A COUPLE have been given a conditional discharge after they failed to ensure that their child attended Cromwell Community College, Chatteris.
The parents, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted the offence when they appeared before Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court.
They were each given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay �40 costs.
