I WOULD like to express my concerns re the proposed car park charging in March. If Fenland District Council and March Town Council want March to turn into a ghost town with rows of empty shops and vandalism this is surely is the way to do it.

If Fenland District Council and March Town Council want March to turn into a ghost town with rows of empty shops and vandalism this is surely is the way to do it.
Enough money is being charged by the councils in business rates as it is and it is a struggle for all small businesses to survive in the current economic climate.
Enough is enough otherwise the only business left in March will be Tesco who will be laughing all the way to the bank,
