RODDONS Housing Association has appointed Pauline Ford as its first Managing Director.
Ms Ford will begin her new role in July and will be responsible for establishing Roddons as an independent housing association and ensuring that it provides the best possible service to tenants and leaseholders.
She has over 20 years experience in the social housing sector, beginning her career in local authorities but working for the last 18 years in housing associations. Currently Ms Ford is director of housing services for Minster based in Peterborough
"I am looking forward to working on and promoting strong local partnerships in Fenland," she said.
"Working as part of a larger group is a great opportunity for everyone at Roddons and I believe I can help realise these benefits."
Roddons Housing Association, taking over 4,000 council homes from Fenland, will officially become part of Circle Anglia later this year.
