COUNCIL officials are to investigate planning breaches in Outwell involving an unauthorised car repair business in Stow Road and unauthorised dog breeding business in Langhorns Lane.
Unauthorised car sales are also alleged to be taking place in Lowside, and another allegation being probed is that of a riding school operating in Wisbech Road without consent.
In nearby Upwell West Norfolk officials are also deciding whether action should be taken against the alleged refurbishment of a cottage off The Common which has not been given planning permission.
