UP to £150,000 is to spent in March on public open spaces and new play equipment, the Town Council was told.
Councillor Barry Wales presented a report on where money may be spent on Monday.
It was agreed that Russell Avenue was a priority, having an public open space but with no play facilities.
Portfolio holder Councillor Peter Murphy promised the district council would work with the town council to get the improvements.
