Three vehicles collided on the A47 near Play 2 Day at Guyhirn this morning (Monday 11).
Police were called to deal with the incident at around 9am in which the driver of a black Peugeot was reported for no insurance and a driving licence offence.
His car was seized by police.
Officers and an ambulance attended.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Crimestoppers quoting incident 137.
