Reports of damage to motor vehicles on Creek Road, March at the weekend have led to police investigation.
Officers are looking into reports about incidents which occurred on Saturday June 18.
A police spokesman said: “We were called at about 9.10pm with reports of a blue Ford KA having had its passenger side wing mirror smashed in Creek Road, March.
“The informant heard a cracking noise coming from outside so went to see what it was. They then saw three boys make off, one on foot and two on a moped, towards the level crossing.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
