Police are keen to speak a man who was seen acting suspiciously just prior to a theft from a car in Chatteris last week.
A man, thought to be in his late teens or early 20s, was seen acting suspiciously in Lode Way, Chatteris, just before the window of an unattended silver Citroen was smashed and various items stolen from the vehicle.
The theft took place between 12.50 and 1pm on Tuesday, May 20.
PSCO Sally Mitchell said: “This male was described as late teens, early 20s with short light brown hair.
“He was wearing a grey hooded top and was seen to be riding a red bicycle up and down the road stopping to use his mobile phone before riding back along the road past the parked car.
“The bicycle was described as a ladies cycle, upright design, with rounded handlebars and red in colour, with a basket in front.”
