A PLEA was issued to trace the occupants of a car, thought to have been stolen, which crashed near March in the early hours.

The incident happened on Saturday at around 4am between Hobbs Lott Bridge and Westry, when a white Vauxhall Vectra, believed to be stolen, left the road and entered a ditch.

The occupants of the Vauxhall are believed to have left the scene in a red Peugeot GTI.

PC Andy Harcup-Rudd, who is investigating, said: "It is vital that we trace the people involved in this collision.

"They are likely to have received injuries from the collision and I would appeal to anyone who thinks they may know these people to contact me.

"I would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision."
