Norfolk Police pulled over a van and found the passenger sitting on a red plastic chair.
The van was stopped yesterday along a section of the road by Norfolk and Suffolk’s Roads Policing team.
As well as the discovery of what appeared to be a child’s seat the driver also had no licence or insurance.
In a tweet posted from the @NSRoadsPolicing account the team said it was “not safe or legal”.
