Police are investigating after the body of man was discovered in Littleport in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday).
The man, in his 30s, was found dead near Littleport Fire Station, in Ponts Hill, at about 5am and police were called.
His death is being treated as unexplained.
Ponts Hill was sealed off by officers while forensic teams arrived and was reopened again by 8am.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: “We were called at about 5am today after the body of a man was discovered near Littleport Fire Station, in Ponts Hill.
“The death of the man, who is in his 30s, is being treated as unexplained at this time.”
