DRIVERS who travel the wrong way down a one-way street in Wisbech could now face fines, police have warned.
Park Avenue, Henry Street and St Augustine’s Road became a one-way system in January.
But some drivers, like the one pictured, continue to flout the large signs by using the roads as two-way.
Inspector Robin Sissons said: “These roads have been two-way for many years and people have been assuming it still is.
“So far, we have been informing drivers and not issuing tickets but we will now be starting enforcement work and issuing fines if appropriate.”
