Chairman Barry Fox made the presentations assisted by secretary Janet Groves to: Mixed pairs, Sheila Page and Geoff Ward, runnerd-up, Mavis Mellor and Marcus Johnson; ladies' singles, Laura Johnson, runner-up, Mavis Mellor; men's singles, Geoff Ward, runner-up, Tony Groves; husband and wife pairs, Joe and Ann Johnson, runner-up, George and Evelyn Perfitt; ladies' pairs, Jean Godfrey and Mavis Mellor, runner-up, Shirley Rogers and Janet Groves; men's pairs, Roy Godfrey and Tony Groves, runner-up, George Perfitt and George Rollins; mixed singles, Sheila Page, runner-up, Mavis Mellor; mixed triples, Roy Godfrey, Joe Johnson, Evelyn Perfitt, runner-up, Tony Groves, Jean Godfrey, Jean Miles. Music for dancing was supplied by Leigh Murfitt on his electric organ.
