EXCELLENT progress is being made on phase one of the 25 million re-building of the Neale Wade Community College in March.
The work, carried out under the Building Schools for the Future programme, includes anew main building, reception area, learning support, modern languages, part of the sixth form accommodation and a new hall.
However all may not be well inside the college which is considering applying for academy status.
See this week’s letters page from one reader clearly annoyed that the college is even considering the idea.
