PUPILS at a Fenland primary school are enjoying a week of trips and special classes as part of National Science Week.
Youngsters from Lionel Walden Primary School in Doddington are completing a number of scientific activities to celebrate the event. Trips to Coldham wind farm, Abbey College in Ramsey and Cromwell Community College have been organised as part of their week’s science lessons.
The Raptor Foundation and Zoolab have held demonstrations at the school and youngsters have already learned about the science behind forensics. A staged crime scene was also set up where students collected evidence to help solve a crime.
