Early years pupils at a Fenland primary school returned to school in their pyjamas for hot chocolate and story time as part of World Book Day celebrations.
The young members of Burrowmoor Primary School, in March, were joined by their parents for the story session, yesterday evening, which is held every year.
Children enjoyed numerous other activities in school today. Staff read stories and children, who dressed as their favourite fictional character, took part a book hunt using a treasure map with the book titles and covers.
Reception class children also wrote reviews about their favourite books.
