Remembrance Parade
THE March Branch of the Royal British Legion will be organizing March Town’s Remembrance parade on November 14, 2010.
THE March Branch of the Royal British Legion will be organizing March Town’s Remembrance parade on November 14, 2010.
The Parade briefing will take place at Mill View car park (Sainsbury’s car park) at 10.15hrs, ready to move off at 10.30hrs. Dress for the parade is robes and official decorations for the Mayor and councillors, veterans should be wearing medals. On conclusion of the parade and service all those taking part are welcome back at the Royal British Legion where a small buffet will be provided.
The March Branch of the Royal British Legion is looking forward to a good turn out and a successful parade and is hoping that you are able to support this event.
There will be a separate ceremony for veterans at 1100hrs on Thursday, November 11 which will take place at Broad Street memorial assembling by Barclay’s Bank at 1045hrs.
