A dog rescued from the streets of Romania and brought to live with a foster carer in Wisbech has now found her forever home thanks to an appeal on our website.
Ciuf came from rescuers in Romania after being rescued along with 40 other dogs as part of a mission by UK registered charity Paws2Rescue.
Alison Standbridge of the charity, said: “Ciuf has been adopted following the newspaper article. We hope it has also raised awareness into the plight of the dogs in Romania.
“We were so excited to hear from the family who have the most amazing home for her and lots of land to play on.”
Paws2rescue has 15 teams members in the UK, Germany and USA and many more foster carers.
“We help Romanian dogs have a better life and help a lucky few to find loving homes in the UK. We raise money and send desperately needed food, beds and treats over to Romania to our shelters where we strive to care for as many dogs as we can.”
