The residents of Elliot Lodge Social Club in March have presented a £500 cheque to the Friends of Doddington Hospital Shop.

The money was raised from a number of events, after the Doddington branch was chosen as the club’s charity of the year for 2016.

Bill Grimes, chairman, presented the cheque to Pat Ostojic, chairman of the Doddington Branch, Dave Farrow, treasurer of the Doddington branch and Maureen Coker, chairman of the Friends of Doddington Hospital Coordinating Committees.
