FORMER Cabinet member and ousted Tory Phil Webb has lost his seat in Elm and Christchurch.
Mr Webb, standing as an Independent, polled 268 votes in Elm and Christchurch compared to deputy leader Mac Cotterell’s 711 and Will Sutton’s 489.
