Officers from King’s Lynn CID are appealing for witnesses to a robbery which took place in Terrington St Clement.

At approximately 6:20pm, last night (Wednesday 20 November), a man entered a newsagents on Marshland Street and threatened the shop worker with a kitchen knife.

He then made off from the shop with a quantity of cash.

Officers were immediately sent to the scene, conducted an extensive area search and they continue with their enquiries this morning.

The shop worker was left shaken but uninjured.

The offender is described as white, in his late 20’s to early 30’s and of slim build.

He was approximately 5ft 8ins tall and had light coloured facial hair around his chin.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a deep blue, almost navy coloured hooded top, dark trousers and grey shoes which were possibly trainers.
