RESIDENTS at 11 new affordable homes in a Fenland town have received their keys.
The homes in Burberry Close, March, have been developed by Roddons Housing Association and designed by architects The Design Partnership. The work involved transformation of disused garages.
Each home has a private garden and boast a range of eco-friendly features.
Christopher Smith, managing director for Roddons, said: “Burberry Close shows that quality housing can be affordable too.”
The hand over of keys was the first of three such events taking place in the next few weeks. Residents will move into 30 new homes in Railway Road in Wisbech and 24 flats at Harvest House in Chatteris next month.
