A new home is being sought for a traditional Romany wagon in the area it was first built.
Julian Wolfe is looking to rehome the wagon in the Fens after discovering it was built by Abbott and Sons of Wisbech who used to manufacturer Romany Travellers Wagons.
He said: “I am now looking to ‘re-home’ this wagon, it would be nice to find a resting place in it’s area of origin. I thought it may be of particular interest to someone in the area who may remember this company or even whether they are still trading under another name.
“It is a longshot I know but I am wondering if this may ring any bells with your readers.”
