THE Royal Naval Association, March Branch, held its regular monthly meeting last Thursday at the Conservative Club. The Chairman welcomed Colin Warner (ex Bomber Command) as a new associate member and two prospective members, Carol Dunthorne (ex RN) and her husband, who will join at the April meeting. He then welcomed retired Chief Petty Officer Stephen Chester (USN) and his wife Kim, on holiday from Washington DC. The vice-president S/M Janette Eastwood, presented the Arctic Star to S/M Edward Page and reports were presented by the secretary, treasurer, social secretary, presenting a packed social calendar, and the acting press officer. The meeting was followed by raffles and refreshments.
