Teachers and children from both schools were presented with the outfits by Sainsbury’s March colleagues.

March store manager John Hunter said: “We are really happy that local schools, within our community, can benefit from our donations.

Mrs Stanforth from Cavalry Primary School said: “The children were absolutely delighted, even though it was Easter.

“They had fun trying them on and we will be the best dressed reception classes performing the Nativity next year.”
