A teenage girl was left with serious injuries after a hit and run incident in Whittlesey this morning (Thrusday 14).
Police were called at 8.30am to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian in Eastgate.
The driver of the blue Audi A6 did not stop at the scene, but the vehicle was later recovered by police.
Police said that a 15-year-old girl received serious but not life threatening injuries as a result of the incident.
