CONGRATULATIONS to Matt Routledge on his letter, raising points about Neale-Wade School
I have to agree totally with him. Shouldn't the school be trying to sort out the problems that are already there, such as bullying which according to the school does not happen, not bringing new schemes, that will probably present the school with even more problems?
Getting back to the bullying, it is the victim that gets punished, as the bully is too clever to get caught. When bullies do get caught, they don't turn up on the day punishment has been set.
Still some of this would stop if the teachers were there at the start of each lesson.
