Five science students from Wisbech Grammar School have been offered places on medicine and dentistry courses at leading universities.
James Stevenson, 18, of Coates, has won an offer from the University of Liverpool, while Annabelle Tibbett, 17, of Doddington, has offers from two universities.
Holly Young, 17, of King’s Lynn, has been offered a place to read medicine at the University of Cambridge, while 18 year-olds Chloe Short, of Boughton, and Mehroze Asif, of King’s Lynn, have received offers from other universities.
Headmaster Nicholas Hammond said: “We are delighted that such a significant proportion of our sixth form have been made offers for high demand university places.
“The students have worked hard to gain these places and their teachers have supported them every step of the way.”
