Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity which provides support to children who have lost a parent serving in the army, comes to Chatteris and Wisbech this month.
The visit is part of an awareness building campaign throughout Cambridgeshire to reach out to families who would benefit from the charity.
Throughout the campaign, which is funded by the Cambridgeshire Armed Forces Covenant, a nationwide government grant scheme for military causes, Scotty’s will travel to 17 Cambridgeshire destinations, including Wisbech Asda on December 9 and Chatteris market on December 11.
Charity volunteer Paul Tibbs will be on hand to provide information about the charity, as well as answering questions about the type of support that is available to families.
