VISITORS from Wisbech St Mary, Leverington and Emneth clubs were welcomed by chairman Barbara Wilshire to the latest meeting of the Senior Citizens' Club. Birthday cards were given to Mr Bell and Pauline Bowley. Buffet lunches were served to 100 people by Tower Hall members and entertainment was by Mr and Mrs Ernie Cave. Stalls and stallholders were: Bric-a-brac, Mr and Mrs Alan Day; bottle stall, Peter Wilshire and Bob Bell; plants, Ray Chapman; cakes and preserves, Audrey Smith and Verity Johnson; raffle, Barbara Wilshire and Doreen Bell; jewellery, Lisa Hunnible. A profit of £180 was made. Next meeting: November 15, Tower Hall, 2pm.
