An adult support group run by the National Autistic Society will be holding sessions to provide advice and information for people in March.

An adult support group run by the National Autistic Society will be holding sessions to provide advice and information for people in March.

The sessions will offer a place to meet, socialise and exchange ideas for autistic adults and any support worker or family member.

A NAS Autism Support Manager will attend each session to offer support, help and guidance.

Sessions are free. Bookings is not required.

The first half of each session follows a format of friendly conversation and an overview of NAS services.

During the second half, attendees are welcome to come in and play board games or just relax and talk.

A separate room is available for one-to-one conversation and an area to go to if anyone feels overwhelmed.

The sessions will take place on February 28, March 21, April 25, May 30, June 27 July 25, August 29, September 26, October 31, November 28 and December 19. Between 12 – 2pm on at March Community Centre.

All the above dates are Wednesdays.
