The cops have been busy out and about in Fenland in the past 24 hours, making three arrests.
Last night, they spent many hours in Fenland’s rural villages, making one arrest for drugs possession.
Today, they were called into action when a set of ladders fell from the roof of a van on to the A47.
Fencops tweeted: “On route back from #Peterborough to #Fenland. Vehicle lost a set of ladders from it’s roof onto the #A47
“Driver reported for a load offence. Ladder could of hit another vehicle and caused a lot of damage or injury #reported #TOR.”
Also today, a woman was arrested in Wisbech for smashing a window and a man in Wisbech was arrested for assault.
Fencops tweeted: “Female arrested for criminal damage in #Wisbech. She decided to smash a window for No reason. On a sunny day she will have afternoon at #PIC
“Busy day for officers. Male just been #arrested in #Wisbech for #assault. He will now spend his day at the #PIC.”
