THE Clarkson Singers performed their annual concert amongst the dazzling floral displays in St Peter’s Church at Wisbech on Sunday, as part of the Rose Fair celebrations.
The appreciative audience enjoyed a varied selection of music, from Elizabethan madrigals to the 20th century music of Glenn Miller. Musical solos and humorous readings were also included in the programme.
A rousing chorus of Rule Britannia concluded the concert, with choirmaster Bruce Wegg encouraging everyone in the audience to join in.
