A SKIP being carried on a trailer fell onto the road, causing traffic problems.
The container full of rubbish was on a trailer behind a lorry carrying a similar skip when it came loose near to the March retail park.
Nearby residents said the object narrowly missed a car as it came crashing down.
Police were called to clear up the mess after the incident yesterday (Sunday, August 1).
