Police were called to reports of a skip lorry that had crashed into a ditch on the Chatteris end of Forty Foot Bridge earlier this morning.
The incident took place at around 6am on Doddington Road, Chatteris.
The driver, a 45-year-old man from Peterborough, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. However, he has since been releaed with no further action.
No one is believed to have been injured.
