A team of four girls have taken to the skies to raise more than £4,000 for charity.
Nicola Ruminski, Polly Cunnington, Sarah Garner and Sophie Ellingham, all employees at Cambridge-based chartered accountants Price Bailey, leaped out of a plane at 13,000 feet.
They were each sponsored by friends and fellow employees to raise money for the firm’s charity of the year, World Child Cancer.
Sophie said of the experience: “Despite all the nerves and fear, it’s safe to say we all loved the experience.
“It’s rewarding to know that by raising this money we will help save six lives.”
The charity treats children with cancer living in developing countries and provides effective pain relief where treatment isn’t possible.
