An open day and charity event at Spike & Violet Hair Studio in High Street, March, raised £1,300 for the East Anglian Air Ambulance charity.
The money was raised by various mini services inclouding colour slices, wash and blow drys, GHD curls and hair styling lessons, colour consultations and product advice for donations.
“We also had a raffle with lots of prizes kindly donated by other local businesses,” said salon manager Anne Williamson.
“Peggy’s Pop-Up Tea Parlour was also in the salon providing people with hot drinks and prosecco, as well as scones and cakes.
“We are extremely happy and proud to have raised £1,300.”
