ST James Methodist Church was almost full on Saturday evening when they were host church for the induction Service for Rev Denise Hague, Probationer Minister and Rev Harry Wood, who had taken on the duties of Superintendent in the Wisbech Circuit.
The service was lead by Rev Peter Dewdeney and the address given by Rev Graham Thompson, Chair of the East Anglia District.
Lessons were read by Treasure Jones and David Fairbrother, circuit ttewards. The musicians were: piano Joan Thompson, organ Pauline Beeken, euphonium Graham Beeken, clarinet Elaine Middleton and drums Tim Dewdeney.
Holy communion was administered by Rev Dewdeney, Rev Thompson, Rev Hague and Mrs Sue Askew.
Refreshments were served at the close of the service organised by members of St James.
