St Peter’s and St Paul’s Church, Wisbech, is one of nine churches in the Diocese of Ely chosen to hold the big crib festival this year.
From today until Monday there will be a number of Nativity scenes on display in the church, including a really magnificent one made by the children of the Sunday school.
The children of Ramnoth Junior and Nene Infant Schools have collaborated to make a very big crib.
On Sunday there will be a family service during which the cribs will be blessed. We would like to welcome as many families as possible to this service.
If you or a group you belong to would like to display a scene please contact Lesley Mardle on 01945 461397. Whilst the displays are in church there will be someone there to ensure they are safe.
The church will be open from 10am-4pm each day so please pop in when you are in town.
