The Chatteris branch of the Royal British Legion will team up with Cromwell Community College to co-host a special birthday concert next month.

The concert, held at Cromwell Community College on June 10 will feature music from the Alan Norris Big Band and songs from the reign of HM Queen Elizabeth II; doors 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets £6 each.

Then on June 11, a street party celebration at Chatteris Parish Church will honour Her Majesty’s 90th birthday from 2pm till 5pm.

There will be music and singing through the years with local band Back Two, as well as a bouncy castle and 1920s dress is encouraged.

Tickets: £5 each, or £13 for a family (maximum two adults) include afternoon tea.
