Doddington came out in festive force over the weekend as the annual Santa Run made its way through the village across three nights.
Children and adults alike greeted Father Christmas as he flew in on his sleigh for the special occasion.
Jason Shepherd, chairman of Doddington Sports and Carnival Committee, said: “Santa and his helpers had a great time helping spread the festive cheer around the village.
“The three nights were a great success with the amount of donations received exceeding last year’s total,” he added.
Santa said: “I love how Doddington really embraces the spirit of Christmas each night. For that, I would like to thank everyone that came out to give me a wave, mince pie or have a photograph.”
