A GOREFIELD man has been ordered to pay court costs of £3,100 and sign the sex offenders register after being found guilty of three charges of indecent assault that were committed in South East London 30 years ago.
Philip Dale, 45, of Oxfield Drive, was given an 18 month prison sentence suspended for two years for indecent assault on a male.
He was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and will be subject to an 18-month supervision order.
He will now be placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years.
Dale appeared at Woolwich Crown Court where the sentence was passed by Judge Tomlinson.
