AMBITIOUS students have received grants from a Fenland charity to help them finance their studies.
Emma Butler and Ken Watson, two former pupils of Thomas Eaton Primary School, in Wimblington, were awarded grants by the trustees of The Fisher Parkinson Trust.
The money will assist them in their chosen course of further education or vocational training.
The charity’s trustees are; Ross Davies, John Finn, James Murdoch and Pam Jones.
Student grant application forms, containing the criteria for eligibility, are available from the Post Office in Wimblington.
