NATIONAL Customer Service Week has given Fenland District Council staff at the Fenland @ your service shops the ideal opportunity to highlight their success in smashing their own tough performance targets.

These include:

n Aiming for 90 per cent of our customers to be satisfied with the overall service at our four Fenland @ your service shops (we are achieving 97 per cent).

n Aiming for 90 per cent of our Customers to be satisfied with the overall service in our contact centre (we are achieving 98 per cent).
