TEDDY Bears came with their owners to Dunhams Wood over the bank holiday weekend. Winning bears received a medal and a knitted teddy, everyone taking part received a bear badge.
This was the final time the Wood was open to the public this year. Dunhams Wood has sent cheques to Help for Heroes (�1,250), March St Mary’s appeal (�160), Fenland Arts (�300) and Rev Jenny’s Ugandan Trust (�250). A total of �100 was sent to the Butterfly Children from the Wishing Well.
