Ten homes will be built near a school in March.
Isle of Man developer Grosvenor Partnership have had an application approved by Fenland District Council’s planners for 10 homes on land south west of Queen Street Close. The site is near All Saints School.
The development will be made up of six three storey, three bedroom homes with balconies and four three storey two bedroom homes.
One resident objected because building three storey premises “would set a precedent in this area of town” and because of potential congestion on Queen Street Close.
But no objections were raised by Cambs Police or Cambs County Council’s Highways Agency.
