A 10-year-old boy who died following a collision with a lorry in Wisbech has been named.
Kastytis Dambrauskas, of Cox Close, Wisbech, was riding his bike when he was involved in the collision with a HGV on Weasenham Lane, at about 8.30am yesterday morning.
The accident blocked the road for much of the day as police and investigators began to piece together how the tragedy happened.
Floral tributes had been placed at the scene this morning.
“I work across from where it happened and was one of the people who called 999,” said one factory worker. “It was a very sad scene.”
