I WOULD like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who volunteers and gives their time and money to help March Town United.
We as a board and a football club will never be fully able to show how much we appreciate the support of many individuals and businesses around the area who continue to back us.
We go into the 2011/12 season wearing a new kit thanks to the continued sponsorship from Fenmarc, which has helped us in a number of ways.
I’d also like to highlight the efforts of Kerry Rutterford (of Lenford Electrical and Plumbing in March) who helps us immensely on and off the pitch. He does so much for us, from sponsoring matches to doing maintenance jobwn at the ground.
He paid for the trophies for the Lenford Cup (a pre-season five-a-side charity tournament) and I’ll never be able to thank him enough for all of his support throughout the years.
However, we’re still looking for more volunteers to help us as we look to drive the club forward. So if you can assist us in any way this season - from volunteering on match days to cutting the pitch during the week - please give me a call on 07791 925670.
